Hi, I’m Jackie.
I have a real passion for sharing my well-ness journey with my friends and family.
I have come to understand that the food you choose, together with how and when you eat it, can have a profound impact: Research has shown that Mood, Energy Level, Blood Pressure, Pain Management, Blood Sugars as well as your waistline can all be influenced, both positively and negatively, by the food we choose.

The foundation of well-ness beings in your gut, but that isn’t the whole story …

Your gut can be viewed as a beautiful garden, and your gut microbiome the flowers and plants growing there.
An understanding of how to nurture and nourish your “Garden” is the first step to creating your own beautiful well-ness eco-system.

This is not a diet program – it is not about restriction, it is about diversity and abundance.
I will share the occasional recipe, however my aim is to educate and enable you to adapt the food you already enjoy to increase its positive impact on your “Garden”.

I started Good Gut Great Day to share my knowledge and experience.
Along the way I will be offering events, collaborating with wellness practitioners from various disciplines (such as Yoga, meditation and mindfulness) and aiming to create a broader well-ness approach than nutrition alone.
